Adjusting Valves Q's.
what is this adjusting valves? I hear all the time about people adjusting the valves?
So what is this about, why would I need to adjust the valves. When would I need to do that.

honda says for our cars every 30,000 miles.
basically you adjust the valve lash, or the space between the rocker and the valve tip. as the camshaft, valve tip, and rockers wear the space becomes bigger effectivly changing your valve timing. its also a good idea to keep the valves from getting damaged.
