Default Paint chips, and Bug protection for the front end???

I have seen on vehicles, living in the Panhandle, people have these special bra's that u can put on the front end of the vehicle, it's either clear, or painted, i'm not sure, but we have really bad lovebugs here, and I would like to get it put on my SI to protect from bug damage and paint chips, anyone know where to get one of those from, or know anything about them, reccomendations???

Thanks guys.

I had my car 3m'd and its worth every penny. cost me about 400cad to cover the entire bumper and a 12inch section of the hood. just make sure that when you're getting this done that you have the installer do the hood by hand and roll the 3m tape over the edges of the hood and fender. the bumper will have to be laser cut as I don't see how anybody could install it/cut it by hand.

I'll be getting my front bumper+ lip + hood + fenders + mirrors covered in 3m protective mask here in the next couple weeks. I'll find the site where you can purchase the setup, but i'm having a pro install it. should be about $500 total. and yes , worth every penny

Hello....I heard that this stuff doesn't come off easily after a couple of years when it gets dinged-up and the paint is also effected.. Any of you heard this?
