Default OBD2 D16

I am thinking of putting a OBD2 d16 in my hatch to replace the d15, what i needed other them the dpfi to mpfi? can i use my cable trans and clutch?

no its just a regular D16 out of a 98 hatch

if youre doing this on a budget.... converting to obd-2 is gonna be a bitch.


use the D16y7 out of the 98 hatch.

swap on a D16a6 manifold, injectors, TB, fuel rail, convert to MPFI, resistor box, and pm6 ECU.

yes, you can use your current clutch and transmission. but i recommend using an SI transmission.

All true. Or run OBD1 components, then you won't need to change the dizzy.
Rywire can do all the wiring work if you're not up to it.
