h22 swap custom exhaust or no
You need a custom exhaust. If you buy a catback system you have to buy it for the car you have, not the engine. Headers you buy for the engine you have, not the car. Either way to connect the existing exhaust to the new manifold will be a custom job.
Or just do it urself if u have the tools, that's what I did. Just cut the down pipe off a bit to length, then weld on the flange from the old exhaust, and bolt it up to ur original exhaust. Or u could take it to a shop, it's not too expensive from what I hear.
Depends on which civic you have. I used 97-01 Integra type-R exhaust system on my EG with my H-swap. I changed my ITR out recently for and Apexi N1, I tried using the matching Eg exhaust system and I ended up shorting the b-pipe(where the cat meets the b-pipe) because my H22a header was longer than an average civic d-series header. So to answer your question, depending on which civic you have EG or Ek you could use a exhaust system for a EG or EK it might take some cut and pasting. Hope this helps.
