ned to replace alternator...help
the alternator on this car looks to be in a pretty tough to get to spot. im sure i can do it eventually but are there any tips or tidbits or any valuable knowledge abou fixing this
i was able to get it out of my old crx without taking anything else out of the engine bay so.... you should be able to on an eg/ek no problem
There's literally tons of room in there to replace the alternator, with an EG.
Get under the car and get busy. On anything with no power steering/ac, it shouldn't take much more than 30 min.

30 mins with a basic set of tools.
fastest i've ever done was 10 minutes from the time the car started being lifted to back on the ground, with a buddy helping me. this was at the racetrack
