Default why does it feel like fuel cut at 6000rpm

I have a problem, when I get on my car VTECH will hit and then at roughly 6000rpm my car studders very quickly (like fuel cut-off) and then it comes back in and pulls just fine. I need some help on what it could be. I have a b20b v-tech, fully built with H22 injectors, greddy e-manage (no tools to access the information on it). If you need any other information please ask me.
