i have a 91 dx sedan with a dohc zc in the car

i go to get gas today turn my car off and it won't start i later find out my altenator fuse is blown so i replace it and now my car idles like *** and is throwing all these codes but not all together each time i reset the car its something different..i know what they all are and have checked everything going to them and even resoldered almost all connections again to double check....before i switched a fuse i did switch my ignitor unit in my distributor thinking it was this but what else could this be i am running out of things to check plz help me!
