Default Broken thermostat housing on 95 accord EX vtec, HELP!!!

Was changin the t-stat, and could not see second bolt at ALL, so pryed the housing off and saw that there was a second bolt. (I know im an idiot, been told that by everyone who knows about the situation. Feel free to call me anything, as long as you are of some help.) So the piece where the thread is at came off and i dont know what to do. The piece that came off was attached to the egine block. It is not metal, atleast not any metal that can be picked up with a magnet, so i dont think i can weld it. I tried J-B weld but it didnt stick on while i was tryin to screw the bolt back in. PLEASE GIVE ME ANY SUGGESTIONS, I NEEDS MY CAR!!!

If you don't know already how to weld aluminum, don't try it.

hmm, as long as the actual coolant passage isnt cracked just replace with only the upper bolt holding it, it will be fine.

with only 1 bolt holding it on and an uneven amount of pressure around it wouldnt you risk a chance of leaking water since your cooling system is under pressure?
