Are these times normal or does my car suck?
I took my car with B18C1 to the track for the first time. I had stock 14s in front and some cheap tires. I launched first at 5K and it bogged and I ran slow. Then I launched at 6K and kept the RPM up and ran my best of 9.51 in the 1/8. Is this normal for having to launch that high? What should my car run in the 1/4?
I also notice my car seems sort of "sluggish" before VTEC then it just takes off like hell and then again when the secondaries open up. Normal? Timing off or something? I should also mention I'm still getting a check engine light for the Intake Air Temperature, but I don't know how much of a difference that'll make. Thanks all.
