OBD 0 tuning

I know absolutely nothing about ECU's.

can i use uberdata on OBD 0 ECU's? if not what are my tuning options?

Turbo Edit, BRE, Zdyne I ahve all seud for OBD0 Non , and VTEC motors and they all work fine. I ran ZDYNE on my 2.0 GSR/ITR running 30psi on a GT30R without any problems. Primitive, but works fine. Sometimes the simplest things work just as good as complicated things
