Driveshaft: Outboard Joint + Knuckle

So I was having this problem before:
the caliper was rubbing against the rotor.


and then I removed my wheel tonight and found the two screws holding the rotor to be loose so I tightened those up, but then I saw this...and was wondering if this looks normal.
this is a pic of the outboard joint connected to the knuckle (sorry for the blurryness)

What do you guys think?

well, it's not staked for sure and i'm not sure if it was torqued properly. there's actually some free play between the knuckle and the axle.

so put a 32mm socket and torque wrench on there and tighten it up to 132 lb-ft. It will pull the axle into place, and then stake the nut with a screwdriver into the notch on the theaded part of the axle.
