Default Another ITR stolen.
Friday in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Right in front of my buddies house. He was only home for 2 hours. Chalk another one up.

Wow, that sucks. I didn't know that they stole ITR's in Wisconnsin. ITR thieves are all over the friggin place, it's no longer just a concern for NYC/LA/MIA drivers anymore.
