the computer keeps spitting out code 16 at about 7000rpm on 2nd gear only. the car hesitates and feels like it sputters.then we just reset the ecu and we are good to go.does not turn on while driving normal. what can it be?injectors are wired straight and there are no loose connections.

 

probably just clogged, i had the same issue.
have you taken them out and visually inspected?
