Replacement Proportion Valve for and EG?
Anyone know if I can replace my proportion valve (95 Civic EX Coupe w/out ABS) with a better one, or one from a different car?

No. 4040 valves were only found on certain cars. Not all cars with rear discs have a 4040 - the proportioning valve depends on both the front AND rear calipers/wheel cylinders.
By the way, it's not "xx/xx." The valves just say "xxxx" on them.

It depends on what brake setup you are running. If you are currently running the stock 16CL14VN calipers and 10.3" rotors up front with the ubiquitous drums in the rear, there is nothing better (that is non-adjustable) than the proportioning valve that your car already has.

Re: Replacement Proportion Valve for and EG? (BlueIntegraBoy)
I've got the AEM Big Brake upgrade kit with the rear disk conversion. Also, my car occasionaly pulls to one side or the other and thought the proportion valve may be causing some problems. I just replaced my calipers last month, so I know it's not them.
