Default Quick Question

Hi I have a 93 civic si coupe. I am about to buy a B16a2 he said this is what will be included

* Complete Engine
* 5speed transmission
* Ecu
harness
* Linkage
* Alternater
* Power steering pump
* Starter
* A/c compressor
* Intake manifold
* Exhaust Manifold
* all the sensor and accessories

Is this all I need ? or is there something I may need ?

What is a going rate for the swap (complete) the guy is asking 1900 Canadian I just want to see if this is legit because I called some other shops and they want 3000 for a complete swap

PS: The guy said it has 45-50 thou km
