Default Portflow B-Series VTEC Inner Valve Springs

has anybody had any experiance with these Portflow B-Series VTEC Inner Valve Springs? i have a jdm b16a would these springs be better than my stock ones

yes and yes. these are meant to run with ITR outer springs from the intake
side. they throw out the ITR blue springs and use the ITR yellows and run
the inner spring setup. Tom stands by his valvesprings.

wait so u have to use the outer itr i thot these springs were just upgraded single spring, i didnt know it was double? im confused please educate me on this situation

you need to use the itr intake outter springs and the portflow inner springs....
and it will go to a max of 12.5mm of lift

pretty sure all the springs are the same. intake and exhaust. read the second post.
