Default Turbo B16 blowing out Oil Pan Gasket

I just installed a new oil pan gasket after installing a bung in a oil pan for the oil return line and after boosting the car at 12lbs for the first time the damn gasket is leaking like crazy. Should I use hondabond on the oil pan gasket and how tight do you tighten the bolts?

Is the valve cover breather plug or it is open and did you just put on the turbo setup and boost it your first time and blown just oil pan gasket?

The valve cover breather plug is open...
I installed a new gasket when I put the oil pan back on.. However I did not use any gasket sealer.. I may have tightened the gasket too much.. I basically tightened the gasket to the point BEFORE it bulged out
