Default Fully Built H22 rev cuts out at 6500rpms HELP!!!!

Okay
I have a h22 11.5:1 wiseco pistons, eagle rods, .040 head gasket, ferrea valves etc.
My question is that I just got the new valve put in from frying it due to nitrous and the head back on. I had labeled all the sensors and so forth. The car runs fine but when i rev it up, it feels like the rev limiter kicks in at 6500rpm, it justs stops. I had installed a chip before the valve being destroyed which set the rev limit to 9200 and no speed limiter which worked fine. Now since i put the head back on the car wont even rev up to the stock limiter of 7500. Please Guys I NEED SOME HELP!!!

you obviously have a check engine light. Get the code. We are of no help here without you giving us some concrete info.

btw, chips are worthless. Get it tuned.

when you first turn the key to "on" does the CEL light come on and then go off once the fuel pump is done priming?
