Default CB7 window issues need help!!!

My 1990 accord ex windows got up slow and when going the window gets stuck to panel rubber. also my windows are all scratched from going downinto the door. what can i do to avoid further damage. what greese can i use and where can i buy new window wather stripping for my doors.

Sounds like your problem is the weatherstripping from the channels themselves (the tracks for the windows go up and down).... you will need to take the door apart and check whats happening.
Best thing is remove the door panel, get the window out, clean the weatherstripping and reinstall, if problem persists... get a new rubber......

its your window regulator, i have replaced all 4 on my cb.

You can use a silicone lubricant to help your windows go up and down smoother. You should be able to find that at any local automotive store. As for the weatherstripping, check a dealerships prices and then call around if they are too high, like always!
