Anyone remember the rear steering motorcycle from the late '70's
We were talking at the shop about current and potential future safety laws.I remember the federal government spent millions developing a safe rear steering bike. They determined that many crashes were because the rider locked up the locked up the front wheel and lost steering control.Their fix was to steer with the rear and brake with the front.Unfortunately the bike was unrideable.I've been looking for any info on the Internet but I'm afraid it was all "pre-net".Any one have any links?
