Default motor problem cades 1 and 14

Have a 95 honda accord its manual, did a motor swap same motor (2.2 v-tec sohc) but it was auto matic dropped it in after I hooked it up to my 5 speed, Have a cheek engine light with codes 1 and 14 followed up on those but no change
Used original wireing harness and stock ecu

Code one being a O2 sensor heater cir problem
Code 14 being an Idle control problem/idle air controle or valve cir failure

Alldata- Nodata told me trany codes would also refrence through the check engine

code 1 being Lock up clutch dosent disengage
code 14 trany shift hard when shifting

Actual conditions felt
stumbles in all gears up to about 2500rpm its slugish and stuttering
Shift hard but from there up acceleration is fine
out of gear you can rev it up just a lil and rpm jumps up and down

everything seems to be in order but cant put a finger on this problem

Also note that if I clear the codes the retern with out any drive cycle- hard codes

Any help would be great beeting my head off the wall over this one thnaks

If the ECU is still the one for the auto tranny, it might be throwing bogus codes. But the trouble is, the tranny codes don't use the check-engine light. You jumper the same wire, but for tranny codes it's the "D4" lamp or the "S" lamp that's blinking (depending on years).

Code 1 is for the sensor itself; the sensor preheater would throw code 41. How old is your O2 sensor? Maybe it's time for a new one.

Try cleaning your IAC valve, & make sure there's no air pockets in your cooling system. Air pockets going thu that valve can make it confused.
