Do you guys know what this means? My wife is away from home right now and every time she starts the car up for about the first minute or two her dashboard lights blink and there is a ticking noise with it. She said it sounds like the hazard lights ticking noise. After about 2 min. it stops. If she turns on the headlights the ticking is still there, but the dash lights don't blink anymore. Does that mean maybe a bulb is out or something?
