i had the neuspeed sports(dunno if thats what you have) and i didn't need camber adjustment.

You do not need a camber kit. Just get a regular alignment and rotate tires often. If a mechanic tells you that you need one, tell him to suck it

you will only need a camber kit if you lower it like until the upper control arms start bending. lowering it about an inch wont need a camber kit.

bending? suspension parts should NEVER bend whatsoever.

I used to be lowered nearly 3", now more like 1.75", never used a camber kit.

i wish i never got the skunk2 uppr arms in front they are hitting the body of the car when i hit big bumps it sucks alot now i need to find some stock ones.

"Need" a camber kit?? If you have 3* negative camber and you only track the car do you "need" a camber kit?
It comes down to whether you want one or not. If you will never be changing the suspension and the camber is in an acceptable spot for you then don't buy one. But as already stated you need to get the toe to zero (for the best tire wear).
Showing pictures isn't going to help anyone. All we can tell is there is some camber there. How much? Do you ever autocross the car, HPDE??
