I'm thinking of buying a CD deck Accord because my OEM tape deck does not work and it can only play the radio. Its a one din, and it seems small. Would it fit? I dont know how to install one either... help!

 

you have to make your question clear next time.

what is the radio from? the one that you want to stick into your accord?

single din almost fits on every older car, might need a mount if you have a double din dash now.


you need to do wire soldering neither way, since honda changed the plug(unless you are swapping an old radio into you old car)

you don't need a harness, just soldier the new radio harness to the old(car) wires.

not sure how you could pop it out, some radio like my 89 legend just pops out without doing anything. some is held by screws/bolts that you need to undo.

Well, I would also like to be able to put the stock OEM radio back in when I sell my old car so I dont want to solder anything. Btw, those are only 1986+.. but thanks for helping!
