i was just wandering if anyone has ordered anything from mazworx before? i placed an order for a b-series header flange (mild steel, $50), recieved an order confermation, and then nothing. after about a week i emailed them and they sent back that there shippment for 50 mild flanges was in bound and my flange should ship in 5-6 days. week rolls buy and still no shipping confermation, email back and forth and they say that there ms flanges still havent arived but they have ss flanges that they will sell me for 25 more, but i want the mild steel one so i say just send me the one i ordered. longer story short its been over a month and still no shipping conformation.

i searched these forums and didnt find anything about these guys so i was just wandering if anyone knew what there problem(s) is/are and if this result is typical.

oh and anywhere else (RELIABLE) i can get a gsr header flange shipped for about 50 bucks?

 

sorry for the inconvenience but we are having production issues on those flanges that we are working through as quickly as possible, it is hard to ship what we don't have that is the reason for no shipping confirmation yet because we have not charged you or shipped the product yet and have tried to offer you the most up to date information possible whenever asked or have new info to offer

will update as soon as i have new info for you, order is pending in our system so whatever you would like to do just let me know

we are becoming quite well known to a lot of people here on the boards and have many people that can vouch for our integrity and ways of doing business, not out to get anyone, trust me on that one

I know John, James and Mark personally and everyone of them are stand up guys. They won;t do you wrong.

 

I dunno about those boys, I think they drove around on my pinks wheels for a week, maybe getting mcdonalds na they're all good guys over there, just be patient, everyone has a supplier issue once in awhile.

 

ive spent thousands with them. Got all my stuff as requested everything. They can always get me the parts i need, and prices are normally pretty competitive!

sorry didnt mean to rag on ya guys to bad i just get a little frustrated when i order stuff and it takes longer than expected but if its not your guys fault i understand that, i would just like to be updated. i know the folks on here vouch for you cuz thats how i found your site and why i ordered through you, and why i would like to keep my order with you. can you please let me know what the problem with the manufacturer/supplier is and how long you expect the delay to be, and i'll try to be patient joel marsh

 

Whatever James says is no BS. These guys are on point. I have never had an issue with a single order.

i recently ordered mounts from them, everything went great, shipped out as soon as i ordered them, no problems, i plan to order from them more soon!!
