Default good deal

picked up bilstein shocks w/ neuspeed race springs from a local junkyard for $250. pretty damn bomb i heard the coilovers i got go for about $1000 or so, but the junkyard guy had no idea it was, but a integra missing interior/motor/rims and it was sitting on bricks. im wondering how i can get custom spring rates from eibach to use on my bilstein shocks because im getting my car ready for next month track race. oh and the shocks for some reason have a date printed on them 04/2006. so i guess the shocks are new and couple months old.

running koni yellow sport shocks w/ ground controls and its very stiff, but from what people told me the bistein shocks are stiffer with eibach custom spring rate.

Honestly just track your car the way it is now and get a better feel for it. From there see what you like and dislike and make any neccessary changes.

Im sure you can buy different springs from eibach, or check out the roadracing/auto-x forum. They have a for sale thread stickied just for springs, you'll probably find something for cheap so you can keep on switching between different spring rates untill you find something you like.

Edit - heres the link - https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/553330

The koni yellows and gcc shouldn't be that stiff. Have you tried lowering the dampening settings.

groundcontrols w/ koni's are one of the best suspension setup ever w/ a 22mm rear sway bar you will oversteer every turn.

I never said it was a bad setup, and am using the same setup in my LS. I was just commenting on the fact that you mentioned;
