If u did everything properly the car should run just fine. Your cams might be off a tooth or something. Put everything at TDC and check it out. If you're having problems finding the marks on the cam gears, swap them out for the stock ones.

well tha marks are fine... i crank it by hand and every time they line up... when i have the timing light on its perfect at 15 degreest BTDC *red mark*. Someone told me i need to tune it but i dont know... its really weird. what should i set my cam gears at?

Put everything at TDC and take a pic of the cam gears. Let me see if they are on point. Sometimes its hard to tell with aftermarket gears.

stage 1 Skunk cams should not need a tune just to idle or drive around. Yes it should be Dyno tuned to get full potential but it sounds like timing is off. Do you have any codes?

make sure that you are getting the proper cam signal. you changed the cams, so maybe the cam sensor is fucked, or you pinched a wire or something. If you can have the car scanned, make sure you arent getting anything from the knock sensor. sounds like a sensor/wiring problem to me...provided everything is timed right and the gears are positioned properly.
