Default are lightened pulleys like Unorthodox underdrive pulley really worth it?

i know a few of you have different types on your cars. are they really worth it? i was thinking about getting just the underive pulley from unorthodox racing. did you see any gains at all and did you notice any negatives from adding them?

They will slow down your accessory pulleys - thus your alternator won't have as much juice at idle. if you have a stereo system - this is not a good thing.
