How did you guys pass emission with your bolt ons and vafc and stuff

Just wondering what did you guys do to pass emission with your bolts ons and vafc and stuff????? Or your fully built n/a motor or fi. What did you guys do to the vafc settings????? Also what did you guys do with your advance or retard timing???? Did you return it back to factory specs??? I think not if your fi.. Anyways let me know what u guys do with all your controllers timings etc. Thanks for all help.

slip the guy some cash under the table. noway my motors have or will pass emissions anytime soon.
Problem is that ignite has to go see the state ref. Put your timing back to stock, and lean out the vafc. Hide it so that it's not visible, and take off your fuel pressure gauge.

Im not sure about everywhere, but here, if you can lower your car....SLAM IT. They can't put it up on the rollers, so all they will do is give you a gas cap test, which is much easier to pass.

Hmmmmm thanks for all response. Do you think the state ref is dumb to not notice the b&m fpr vs a stock one? hehe Yeah i'm goin to put timing to 16 lean out all rpm to 0 remove gauge and maybe fpr if I have to but I don't have the stock regulator anymore anyone got one for sale or something? Thanks guys for your support.

If you leave your b&m gauge on, they will fail you on the visual inspection. You can leave the FPR on though.
