long story short, started to rain my windows cracked, got to my car, started to go home, alot of rain got in, fuel pump switch got wet, as driving couldnt rev over 3000 rpms, had to take back roads staying under 3000rpms in each gear, got home turned off my car, surged the fuel pump twice started and could rev like normal,

is it a wire that wasnt fully covered and got wet? whenever weird **** like that happens its usually something electrical?
