Selling the S.....this is crappy.
ARGGGGHHH--- the day has come and I need to sell my S2000. It sucks but I have to do it. Lets get the suggested sedan list going! ~~$20k-ish, used, 30-60k miles and it has to be a foe-doe. I will kick the list off---
Evo RS
or
Evo RS
or
RS for a daily? No ABS, no stereo (if you're looking at VIII), etc. Maybe I'm just getting old, but I don't think I could go without the standard amenities for a daily driver (already been through that with an ITR).
Is this for commuting/DD only? I would vote TSX. I love the styling, GREAT gas mileage and a pretty peppy engine. Ergonomics are top-notch, as well.
Or maybe '04+ Accord? They've got a lot of great features for $20k. Decent power, too. Too bad the styling's a bit bland.

IS300.
I just picked one up a few months back to serve as my DD and I absolutely love it. Very practical, comfy, nice power, sporty...all with the convenience of four doors...... only down fall is the gas mileage. I'm averaging 21-23mpg.
Overall, I'm very satsfied with it!

TSX. its a k24a2 so that means you can mod if you want down the line
but have you taken a look at the Legacy GT's? leather interiors which is a +. its pretty luxerious. not to mention if you just add a access port upgrade, i heard 300awhp isnt far away on the stock turbo.

I'd take a look at the Mazdaspeed 6. For the money, it's got pretty good numbers. I test drove a plain 6 a couple of years ago and really like the way it drove, I just wanted more power. Now that Mazda's bumped the power up with the speed 6, I'd give it a 2nd look.
I also agree that the Legacy GT is a good choice too.

great little car, personally work on it alot of times.
+comforty interior, looking great, self adjust hid level
-zero room engine bay, messy oil change, rear seat cannot be folded, 17mpg city, plastic panel under the car falls off(due to defective material they use), reat seat is Small
if it will be your dd, get something japanese.(not to spread the rumor of audi/vw being a total electrical nightmare..oh wait, it is.)

Actually the new Mazdaspeed 3 drives better than the speed6. It only comes in wagon form, but that could be a plus if u need cargo room. Same engine as the speed6. Car and Driver reviews the speed3 very well in comparison to the 6 (they said they would take the 3 over the 6). Or you can even go with the Mazda3 s grand touring or s touring. Both are available in leather, and both handle very well. My roommate just bought a Mazda3 s touring and its got plenty of power.
And personally I would take the TSX over the Legacy GT

I am leaning towards a G35 sedan-- I was thinking of the RS because I am in sales and since I have to take clients out a lot, I didnt want anything very assuming looking {assuming like I am charging too much, that is} and liked the bare necessities that the RS had to offer.

But is it a dealer installed option for extra money? All the reviews I've read when the RS came out a couple years ago (from C&D, R&T, Motor Trend and Sports Car International) mentioned no A/C along with all the other "luxury" items it deleted from the list.

The IX's have A/C, but did the VIII's? I don't think they did, but could be wrong.

BS? WTF. Obviously you don't have your facts straight bro.
"the RS is not bedecked with the Lancer Evolution's distinctive rear wing spoiler. The high-intensity discharge headlights also were deleted, as was the rear window wiper. Inside, RS drivers must make do without an air conditioning system or an AM/FM/CD audio system. There are no power mechanisms for the windows, locks, or side mirrors. Trunk compartment trim has been removed, as have vanity mirrors, rear assist grips, map lamps, and the parking brake lever's leather covering. An antilock brake system is not available."
Say what? You still think its BS?
The EVO IX RS is a whole another story. His price range is indeed around 20kish, there for he is in the market of an EVO VIII RS. Don't jump to conclusions bro.
