Default Cleaning jdm itr recaros

Ok before you guys say anything I have searched and tried the method that has been posted but it seems like I cant get all the stains out of my recaros!

I scored some cheap yellow jdm itr recaros just the other day and they are a bit stained. Being the colour yellow they are a bitch to make look "clean". I have used a product called meguairs carpet and upolstery clean but that only got out about 70% of the stains, some are still visible there from the start but have just "faded".

Anyone got any other tricks to get them clean? Maybe some home diy method? you know, like newspaper and vinegar for windscreens.

Any tips at all will be greatlful to have

It's been my experience that when dealing with Alcantra, a suede brush is key.

You can get them at any shoe store, or probably a walmart.

Some stains are just ground in and not removable. A suede brush has both wire and rubber bristles to break up the stain and remove it.

Thats all I've ever used.

I tried this first before buying the cleaner but it didnt seem to make much of a difference, I think they might be oil/grease stains

Yeah, if it was originally in my car then no way in hell would I let them get this dirty. I picked it up for cheap at a pawn shop (~$200USD) so I guess for the price I cant really complain

I have re done mine which looked like ***.. Use a round of tough stuff and dish soap in a hand sprayer. Once you let them is for an hour " do not allow them to dry" use a powerful shop vac or take them to a pro to have them steamed cleaned.
The steam cleaning cost be $50 for both.

Wow you got TWO Recaro YELLOW for 200 BUX? that is AWESOME!!!

As for getting them CLEAN... LIFTER 1 Carpet/ Upholstery Stain Remover

This is By far the BEST cleaner I have ever Used. I cleaned my DIRTY SOILED TYPE R MATS... after I was done (NO Scrubbing, No Vaccum) the Mats Looked ALMOST NEW....

I say give it a try you have nothing to lose. Or Like someone Said Above... You can sell the SEATS to me.

I have the best luck with brake cleaner on a clean white rag, its made from the same **** as dry cleaners use. I use crc brand if that helps.

Actually they do know what they are worth. The red and black ones pretty much run for the same price as they do over there in the states. Like I said this was probably brought into the store by some dumb idiot.

Maybe I should make you guys more jealous by telling you that my gf's bro bought some 17's work emotion cr there for roughly the same price.

AND

a while back i bought some regamasters from a dude that thought they were "stock" rims on his car and wanted some bling bling 18's chrome instead. Once again roughly same price
