I've seen this hood a few time, but cannot find crap on Google.

Yea, looks like a custom air inlet, maybe the hood began life as a vented "evo" style hood...

you should try to find the owner and ask them...

Why do you need to justify your wanting the hood?
If he doesn't like it he can go complain to his other buddies that your taste is "wack."
There's a FEW companies that made that hood back 6-7 years ago but holy hell if I remember who they are/were.
Look up "w.zero" or whatever that guy's name is.. he has a light blue 92 civic coupe with that kind of hood

Im not knocking on it. Did I say it was WHACK? Just not my taste. Just cuz its not to someone's liking doesnt mean its whack.

Just to bring this back from the dead to help Don, that's a Seibon hood I think, or else they make one very similar. That Tein EG racecar had one sort of like that.

kinda looks like a usdm version of a mugen hood. haven't seen it on a usdm front though at all... don't like it.. but function. oh and the mugen hood doen't have that air scoop for hte filter.
