h22 swap on del sol help...

now imma bout to buy a 93 del so wit a h22 swap in it... and the guy syas that if u shift into 3rd gear to fast it gets stuck..and when u get outta reverse it gets jammed... soooo he said he knows for a fact that the engine needs a new linkage cable...

so 1st question ... would jsut a prelude linkage cable work

and 2nd question..is a del sol wit a h22 even a dialy driver car?

Yes it most likely uses prelude cables.

And yes a H22 powered del sol can be a daily driver if it's done right. If it's half assed and always having problems, I wouldn't want to drive it daily.

preludes w/ h22's are daily driven, dunno why a sol w/ h22 couldn't be as well
