Default H22/H23 swap info

I recently picked up an H23A1 block fully assembled.
i was wondering if i should use the h23 pistons that are int here now and leave it alone or put the h22 pistons in for the higher compression. will i loose alot of HP by using the h23 pistons???
i am in the process of putting an h22a4 head on. I know i have to put the oil squirters,h22 water and oil pump and headgasket on.
If i put the oil squirters in will i be able to safely rev to to the same as the h22.
i dont plan to boost right way but i want to build the motor for boost for next season so i do not have to tear it apart again.
Any other information that would help in this build???

thanks
adam
