I will take any reasonable offer right now, I have another car I'd like to buy and need the money from this.

OK the motor developed a rod knock yesterday, I'm going to replace the long block this week on a clear day, but the car is for sale for $65hun right now if anyone wants to take the car like it is and do the swap them selves.

Motor still runs and drives(and yes vtec still works) just needs the bottom end swapped soon before it really blows.
