Default Any manual gearboxes that mate to a J35?.... in a Saturn Vue?

Hello all, first post... I'll introduce my car to start. Her name is Vuetec, and she's fast as ****.

This is why:

It has one problem. A 5-Speed Automatic.

I've been wondering for quite some time now if the 6spd from the recent Accord J30 V6 Coupe/Sedan would mate up to my motor, a J35. (They're basically the same block, correct?) Then, a few weeks ago I hear about Acura releasing the TL Type-S with the J35 and a 6spd manual gearbox. "Of course THIS one must work!" But, I'm not going to find any type-s's in the junkyard anytime soon, or the transmissions from them on ebay.

Will the J30 6spd from the Accord mate up to my motor? Will the J35 6spd from the TL mate up to my motor? Do any of you guys know of other manual transmissions that might work?

Things like axles, transmission mount, clutch hydraulics, and shift cables can be taken care of, those I'm not worried about. However, I can't take out my slushbox without knowing if the replacement transaxle will even bolt up to the motor.

The interior parts for the shifter can be taken care of by getting the parts off of a 2.2L manual transmission Vue, and from there it's just two cables that I'm sure can be adapted to the honda transmission without much trouble. It can't be too hard to adapt the clutch hydraulics to the honda transmission either, its just brake line.

Hopefully the ECU will throw a check engine light, and thats all. It would be nice if the motor was still fully functional even with numerous sensors missing. Oh, heres a pic of my oddball ECU too.

Anybody have a clue how to crack it, or who might be willing to tune it? It's a GM/Honda hybrid unit made by Motorola.
Here's my gripes about it:
1: 1st gear is power limited; rumored to "cut timing" to reduce drivetrain shock in AWD models. (Slow in 1st, rips through 2nd... I cry when VTEC hits )
2: 100mph top speed
3: 6000rpm redline, I KNOW this motor can do 6750rpm easy.

ANY and ALL input is MUCH appreciated, as this is a topic I wouldn't expect many to be able to help me with. Thanks in advance, I'm glad to finally be a member of these forums!

Interesting questions, but I don't know if anyone will know an answer to that. **** it probably hasn't even been attempted.

j32 3.2 cl type S has a 6speed LSD manual trans, i am 90% sure that it bolts up.

it will be 100000000000x easier to just use megasquirt instead of hacking into that new ecu.

This is good. Insanely good.

Should I purchase one of these in the next year, is there a good chance my computer will have a fit? Are there any sensors on the automatic that are vital to the engine being operational that the manual transmission will not have? I'm thinking it might throw a check engine light, but thats all. The motor should still work properly I would guess.

When I'm driving it and picture myself shifting, I can't stop smiling thinking how cool it would be. I'd probably pick up another 20whp!

PS: That transmission was only available for one year? (2003) Where the heck would I find it?

When I did an auto to manual swap, I just jumpedred the wiring so the car thought it was in park all the time. If you don't do this, it will not let the key out of the ignition. Aside from that, I think the lock up solenoid would cause a cel, but it was a soft code, so it wouldn't affect the performance. I know on all the normal honda ecus, you can cut a resistor and add a jumper to convert the ecu to manual, but with the saturn stuff in there, who knows....
