All Motor / Naturally Aspirated No power adders

Will I need to switch out the valves also?

Default Will I need to switch out the valves also?

im putting either stage 1 or stage 2 skunk2 cams into a b16a2. I am buying itr valvesprings and retainers. will i need itr valves, or will the b16 valves be sufice for my setup? thanks guys...

if it were me, id take the head and have a valvejob done. this will tell you if any are bent even slightly. replace the bent ones and have them lapped in. thats just me, and im kinda meticulous.

BTW, i dont think oem valvesprings are enough for stage 2s

is there a big difference in power from stg 1 to stg 2? what valve train would be decent?
