I have a 94 civic coupe with a 96 gsr motor, i was wondering if it would pass with the old school skunk2 intake manifold that looks completely stock, or will they trip because it doesnt have the butteflys?? Also will it make a difference if I have an obd2 dizzy, please let me know.

First thing the ref is going to do is check to see if all vacuum lines are correct. Are they? No. then he is going to start investigating. He might notice he might not.

The skunk2 IM for the 96 GSR is on the CARB list. CARB#D-537-2 P/N 307-05-0270. This being, it might make it.

As for the dizzy ??? make it look stock?
