1991 CRX HF Coolant Leak
There is a coolant passage within 1 inch of the EGR passage on the intake manifold where it bolts up to the head. You may just have a bad intake manifold gasket. (cross fingers unless you want an excuse for a swap
)
EDIT:
It's the two circular passageways on the bottom left in this pic

Note: Maybe as simple as one of the coolant hoses next to the EGR leaking (also pictured)

Hi,
Thank you, the picture is great, the source of the leak is the EGR valve not the hose directly underneath.
Leaves me with blown head gasket or intake manifold gasket. The engine has 315K miles, maybe time to let it rest in peace.

Well, I only gotr 240,012 miles out of my old D15B6 (89 CRX HF) Threw two rods out the block. Cheap swap in of JDM D15B VTEC cost me 700 shipped to NC from Cali (I did all the work putting it in)

315K
Dont let her die keep it going and just replace the IM gasket to see if that works

well it all depends on what you want to do? do you want to fix the problem or go for a swap! also look around the hose next to see if the clamp is tight or it might just be a ripped hose, heck even a bad intake gasket. always double check or "test dont jstu replace!"
