Hey. I just bought a 94 si with 180K. It runs well but when I start it in the morning it hesitates when tryin to drive off. Also when Im running the a/c sometimes it will stall when trying to leave from a dead stop. No problems when warm unless the a/c is on then it only stalls when I first drive off. Once driving it doesnt seem to have any problems. Only thing I can think of is the FITV and the IACV. I've also heard of a starting air valve. any ideas?

 

starting air valve? think that might also be called the fast idle valve any preventive maintance done to it lately since you bought it or before

 

just take your A/C out

 

It gets too hot down here to drop the a/c.

 

IT did have the timing belt and the other belt replaced. I know it needs some new spark plugs. To me they dont seem like the problem tho. Ill get some and try it out.
