i'm building an lsvtec. what are all the bearings/seals and whatnot i need to put the block back together? like thrust washers, main bearings, rod bearings, any mics. seals, etc... thanks

yup--the ones you described, those are them. Maybe try asking the questions is stages like "How do I figure out what bearings to use?", "Can I reuse any of tghe gaskets?"--take the old gaskets and hardwear and that will give you a starting point on what you need.
