Default How hard is it to replace front rad suport?

I need to replace my entire front radiator support and I was wondering the difficulty level of this. I know I need to drill out the spotwelds, and either reweld or bolt the new support onto the frame.

My biggest concern is lining everything up after i have the new support on. Is there any tips or tricks people can suggest to getting everything lined up perfect using the "bolton" technique?

im assuming ill have to drill holes in the new support right?

Im just kinda puzzled as to how to drill these holes and have them match the holes on the frame?

Your saying position the rad support using vise clamps and then just drill thru both the frame and the support and just f*ck the holes used to remove the previous suport?

pn a new OEM support there will already be all the holes in it, line up the holes, clamp and weld. i suggest running a few other beads down the back sides just for extra strength

ok thats just the info I was lookin for. So technicaly if I trill all the spotwelds on the current support out, remove support [right headlight area mangled] and then put the new suport against the frame, the drilled out spotweld holes in the frame and the holes in the new support should pretty much line up correct?

I know how to weld and bang metal but im no pro- i would be more comfortable drillin out spotwelds and replacin them with nuts/bolts tho
