Default B20b/ 97' EX Swap Problem ***Searched***

For some reason my motor is not lining up and am in the process of installing the engine... I'm using a 97' gsr s80 trans and 97' b20b. I have the stock EM1 trans mounts and a 98 dc2 rear motor mount bracket. The rear motor mount is not lining up and a freind suggested I change the front engine mount w/ the em1 b16 mount. Do I have the right mounts or do I need the complet mounts from an em1...? Help Please......!
