you will need to run wires for vtec. you cant swap out harnesses and have it function correctly without changing both the engine harness and the cabin harness. but its simple run the two signal wires to the corresponing pinout locations on the ecu plugs...and you will need a vtec ecu - which i happen to have on that im selling!

why does the cabin harness have to be changed if you go from a non-vtec to vtec motor? None of the cabin components have changed, just the engine.

well you see because from the shock tower (where the engine harness connects to) to the ecu will not have the 2 wires needed for vtec. and if youve ever taken a car/cabin harness out you would see that it is all integrated into one piece. so you would have to remove/ replace the whole thing...

Vtec is A4 and Vtec pressure switch is D6. The black wire in the vtec pressure switch goes to ground.

and if you gotta swap pins a6 and a11 cuz the POA ecu has the o2 and egr swapped if your using that ecu

poa is vtec you're correct.

to HondaPartsHero! I actually bought an IAB and Knock Sensor wiring harness from him and they worked out great. Made wiring a breeze ...
