e brake light wont go off
Looks full? you took the cap off and actually checked? Don't go by the old stain line on the inside of the reservoir. While you have the cap off turn it upside down and start the car to test the float switch.

Unplug the wires that go to your brake fluid reservoir. If that solves your warning lamp, then you KNOW it's related to that float sensor. That narrows it down to 2 possibilities:
1) Your brake fluid is actually low (you've already ruled that out?)
2) Your float switch is screwed up.
This is just for a diagnosis method! DON'T LEAVE THOSE WIRES UNPLUGGED!!

You could also try just removing the filter inside the reservoir. Some Accords have a problem with a plugged filter. Some guys just poke a hole in it..

i think we can eliminate the brake fluid part of the equation here. ive worked with a few of these and start with the e brake itself. obviously with handle down. check the cable. follow it to the rear of the car underneath and make sure its not sticking/hung up/ or rusted anywhere. check to see if the cable is loose or has slack with the handle down, it shouldnt be.

it was the brake fluid. i checked the smaller of the two reservoirs first so thats what confused me. so i check the one next to it and fill that up and it went off. so thanks for the help
Oh, I thought he checked the clutch fluid originally (thinking it was the brake). When he finally checked the REAL brake fluid, it was low. If his clutch fluid was low, that's got nothing to do with the brakes.
