Default jdm hid installation,

I'm about to install some jdm hid headlights later tonight and my buddy noticed the plugs are different i haven't seen it, does anyone have the wiring info thanks.


i searched and nothing solid came up.

the only thing it wasn't clear on, the color of wires go to which side, usually its yellow/brown, black&red.... do you know which is which thanks.

When I did mine, i guessed. It's a 50/50 thing heh. All it's gonna do if it's wired wrong, is blow a fuse which you can just replace.

I didn't hack my wire harness off to put in mine. I went to Radio Shack and got me some male/female butt connectors and some headlight gauge wiring from Advanced Auto Parts to piece together. I hacked up some wires about 6-8 inches long to plug the headlights to the stock harness. Then I electrical taped the **** out of it. It's worked perfectly for two years and counting.
