Default What are the Rarest Wheels you could put on a CRX??

Looking for opinions. I have a set of Mint Mugen Mr5's with 1k on them. Not a nick on them. I sent them out to get some of the tarnish off of them and the lip repolished. They are 14 inch with all center caps and lug nut covers. Just wondering how rare they are and what they might be worth. Also what are some other rare wheels for the CRX.

MR5's are dime a dozen nowadays, especially 14". even with the center and lug caps. hell, i got a set of 16 lug caps ill sell for $300 for anyone serious. i never use em.

MF10Ls and NR10's are the pimp.

Screw rims! Do a hover conversion, it would be much more rare then Mugen wheels.

if you want to spend entirely too much money, you could get somebody to custom design and build a set.

and the CF-48 isn't that rare, unless you are talking about one of the rarer size/colour combinations, like pearl white 15" with all the parts. i know they made the CF-48 in that size/colour combo (keep in mind, it came with or without the covers), but it's the one that i've never seen except in catalog scans.

i'd about kill for a set.

yeah the only thing rare about the CF48's is the cooling plate, and in mint condition. (and not a fiberglass replica)

I'm in the same boat.
I also have some 15" MR-5s, and am looking for a set of NR-10's (I'm not a big fan of the 10R's cause I don't like the holes around the outside)

Another set of wheels that are not too common but very nice imho, is 15" Watanabe F8F's(?)

hell NO! theyre way too common, and cheap and totally not worth stealing, ever! if i saw them on a crx, id totally think they were ghetto and worthless, especially 14" black racing versions....

I'd have to say the 16" MR5's are pretty rare..

Not sure how rare those Anniversary edition MR5's are though.
