I have the same problem as well. I just replaced my front/rear rotors and pads, so i don't know if i need to bleed brake the system some more, or if its just an alignment issue. I'm leaning towards a messed up alignment. Let me know if you find out whats wrong with yours.

do you have the same tread/tires all around the car? does it shake when you cruise or when you brake? check your air pressure for each tire and make sure they're all the same.

HAHAha ohhh my i jsut got that exact problem. except i know exactly why mine is doing that. A guy in a truck ahead of me let 2 2x4s nailed together fall infront of my lude. My prelude is lowered 1.7 in the front 1.5 in the rear with neuspeed springs and kyb 4ways and has 17inch rims with i believe 215/17/40s really thin tires. Anyway i could not avoid it or stop in time, it was rush hour on the freeway. My driver side shocks both blew up. They are leaking oil and it sucks ***. rims arent bent but that pile of ******* cost me 400 dollars . sorry back on topic. Check your rims maybe they are bent? Plus i agree with ^ could be your rotors, or tires. check them all

I bet one of your rims are bent..it has nothing to do with your brakes unless the shaking is the result of braking.

And if you have aftermarket wheels make sure you installed the right size wheel rings.

Mine was my upper ball joint. No matter how good your alignment and balance is...if your ball joint is blown...its gonna shake. There is plenty about this in the archives. Search for it.

car shakes when I'm cruising and reach the speed of 50 m/h.
I'll try to get my tires rebalanced.
Thanks for the replies.
