Hey this guy is selling this manifold for $800 and I was wandering if it was a good deal...he says that its a Full Race Prostreet Ramhorn manifold with downpipe. B-Series. But I know that fullrace welds are a lot cleaner than that, but then I also know that back then they did fullrace manifolds by hand too...Do you know?

 

How are those welds not clean? Looks like full-race to me

 

it is a full race hand welded piece. dont know about the downpipe. we definately dont put o2 bungs there.

 

I have one of the older full-race manifolds before they got there robotic tig welder looks just like that

 

welds look clean to me.

He just means compared to the robotic tig welds of the new manifolds. You'd have to see one in person to understand.

 

I'v done the same thing before. The hand welded mani's look like crap compared to the robot welded ones. THe robotic welded mani's look insanely good.

 

haha ya, i could tell it wasnt when i got it from the guy, i traded some stuff i wasnt useing for his mani/dp, i dont think the dp is full race, but it isnt bad, the welds are hella tiny and ya the o2 bung is right after the turbo. has a flex section tho. and its flanged for a t4. should be fun on my crx got it from a guy on nwsr.com
